Hamburger/Potatoe Casserole

This is the easiest recipe I have ever cooked and I love it. The best part is it taste even better the next day!

  • 1 lb hamburger (browned)
  • 5-6 medium sliced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can vegetable beef soup
  • 1 can of milk

Mix all the ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes or until the potatoes are tender!

Easy!!

 

 

Chicken and stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts (defrosted)   
  •  1 can cream of chicken soup   
  • 1/3 cup milk 
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing
  • 1 2/3 cup water

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Mix the stuffing and water together. Set aside. Place the chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 baking dish.  Mix the soup and milk together and pour over the chicken breasts. Put the stuffing on top of the chicken. If there is extra just place it around the chicken.  Bake for 45 min or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Easy and delicious!!
